PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyethylene-based resin composition that has excellent moldability in high-speed molding operation with good flowability and gives moldings of excellent toughness, impact strength, ESCR, resistance to draw, and wall thickness uniformity. SOLUTION: This polyethylene resin composition has (a) a high-load melt flow rate(HLMFR) of 50-200g/10 min; (b)0 a strand extrusion time of 24 seconds at 190 deg.C in capillograph; (c) a dice well of >=90% in the measurement of HLMFR; (d) an HTMFR, density (d) and stress cracking resistance according to the constant pressure method (ESCR) satisfying the relation of the formula; (e) no fish eye of 0.5 mmϕor larger diameter recognizes in the film of 20μm thickness and 100/0.1 m<2> or less fish eyes of 0.1 mm-0.5 mmϕobserved in the film of 20μm thickness.
