PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defect in a sensor array from being concealed as the result of the analog property of video signals on output lines. SOLUTION: An image sensor array comprising a plurality of optical sensors 10a to 10z, which are respectively connected with connectors 15a to 15z, and output lines 12a and 12b is provided. A selector selects one optical sensor from among the optical sensors 10a to 10a for outputting a signal on the output lines 12a and 12b, but this selection is made by shutting the connector which is connected with the one optical sensor selected from among the optical sensors 10a to 10z. Pull-down resistors 31a and 31b are respectively put between the output line 12a and the earth and between the output line 12b and the earth.
