PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation effect while maintaining water proofing performance and to share the same by the left and right sides of a car body by forming a respiratory cylindrical part having opening end surfaces protruded in parallel with each other from an outer peripheral wall on center lines roughly orthogonal to each other in a center, tips thereof facing each other in horizontal and vertical directions when loaded in a unit. SOLUTION: Respiratory cylindrical parts 15c and 15d are protruded in parallel with each other from a peripheral wall 15b located in a position where an angleθmade by line segments Q1 and Q2 passing a center P is roughly perpendicular. In this case, the line segments Q1 and Q2 are extended in horizontal and vertical directions when loaded in a driving unit. The tips of the respiratory cylindrical parts 15c and 15d have opening end surfaces 15f and 15g placed to face each other in the horizontal and vertical directions when loaded in the driving unit. Thus, by providing a pair of such respiratory cylindrical parts 15c and 15d in a water proof cover 15, a respiratory operation is performed while preventing the invasion of waterdrops or dusts, the respiratory operation is helped and vehicular mirrors are fixed in both of the left and right sides of the car body.
