PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electronic equipment in appearance and to prevent foreign objects from penetrating into it by eliminating a gap between a fitting hole bored in the outer cover of the electronic equipment and a cap. SOLUTION: A large window 46 where a display light emitting element 36 is movably fitted is provided to a circuit board 45 where the wiring pattern of the light emitting 36 is provided. On the other hand, a fitting hole 39 board in an outer cover 21 is formed nearly equal in form to the outer shape of the tip 38 of a cap 30 where the display light emitting element 36 is fitted in. The tip 38 of the cap 30 is press-fitted into the fitting hole 39 to fix the cap 30 to the outer cover 21. Furthermore, pawl pieces 41 and 42 each provided in both the sides of the cap 30 are elastically fixed to both the edges of the window 46 to fix the cap 30 to the circuit board 45. The display light emitting device 36 is loosely fitted through the window 46 and fitted into the display light emitting device fitting part 37 of the cap 30, and the tips of lead terminals 51 and 52 which protrude through the window 46 are soldered to the wiring pattern of the circuit board 45. |
