PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore a processed image to an image before processing after processing an input image. SOLUTION: An image collecting part 4 collects an image after X-ray photographing to generate a digital raw image (image before processing), while an image processing part 18 performs processing such as gray scale transformation. A gray scale transformation (LUT) producing part 9 produces a translation table which performs gradation conversion of the image that is processed into a raw image based on the processed image and the raw image. Next, the processed image undergoes gray scale gray scale transformation by the translation table, a difference image between the transformed image and the image before processing is produced by a producing part 12 and it is compressed. An image file is created by adding the compressed data and the conversion table to the processed image as restoration information. When the image before processing is restored, the restoration information is fetched from the image file and restoration processing is performed. |
