<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting device to adjust the accumulation and collection of the vapor for eliminating discharge of the fuel from a fuel tank. SOLUTION: This vapor adjusting device is composed of a housing 60 to be accommodated near the top in the fuel tank 16, a valve head held pivotingly at the housing 60, a check valve 71 to hinder the fuel from intruding into the housing 60, at least one fuel inlet hole 78 through which the fuel 16 from the tank is fed to the housing 60, and a float 68 which moves the head to the opening position in response to the liquid fuel level in the housing 60 when the fuel level in the tank 16 lies below the first specified level and moves the head to the closed position when the fuel in the tank 16 lies at the second level which is over the first level.</p> |
