PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bond a hydrophobic plastic material to a metal sheet member so that an obtained sandwich constitution is not affected by electrochemical peeling. SOLUTION: First and second films 144, 146 are arranged on both surfaces of a metal sheet member 142. A large number of drilled holes 152 are formed so as to pierce the metal sheet member 142 at positions leaving intervals from the peripheral edge of the metal sheet member 14. The sandwich constitution obtained from the metal sheet member 142 and the first and second films 144, 146 is pressed to be heated to sintering temp. to be sufficiently melted at the interface of the metal sheet member and the films. The obtained sandwich constitution is cooled to room temp. and, when the films return to a cured state, they form the perfect edge hermetically sealing the peripheral edge of the metal sheet member 142 from the circumferential environment. |
