PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm the progress of business activity and to improve the operability of a business information processor by extracting all business data that satisfy a given retrieval condition from a business data base and displaying these extracted data. SOLUTION: When it's desired to confirm the progress of business activity with a certain customer, a superior officer of a salesman gives an instruction to display a retrieval condition setting screen via an input part 42. Thus, a central control part 41 instructs a display part 43 to show the retrieval condition setting screen. Then the superior officer inputs appropriate data to each item shown on the retrieval condition setting screen via the part 42 and then operates an execution key. When the execution key is operated, a retrieval part 44 retrieves business data stored in a data base based on the retrieval condition that is inputted to each item shown on the setting screen. The business data that satisfy the retrieval condition are extracted and shown at the part 43. Furthermore, the retrieval result can be printed via a print part 46. |
