PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent mounting of a seat belt in a condition that generation of a submarine phenomenon is possible. SOLUTION: In a reclining seat incorporating in a seat back a retractor provided with a lock means locking rotation in a webbing draw out direction of a winding shaft, car body acceleration sensor detecting prescribed acceleration to actuate this lock means, and an adjustment means properly adjusting a direction of the car body acceleration sensor regardless of a tilt condition of the seat back, the seat is provided with an engaging member 88 provided in a seat part and an engaged member 87 provided in the seat back to be engaged with the engaging member 88 at a tilt angle in a proper use range of a seat belt to fix a tilt position of the seat back. |
