PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely transmit fluctuation of the ground by sensing the pressure of the inside of a device caused by external pressure through oil by a sensor to transmit information. SOLUTION: Oil 1 is put in the protection case 2 of a debris-avalance sensing device, which is put in a hole provided in the underground of a weak region and buried in the underground. When the ground fluctuates, an oil sensor 3 operates through the oil 1 of the debris-avalance sensing device, and a signal is transmitted to the receive of a central monitoring part from a radio wave transmitter 4. Therefore, since malfunction can be eliminated, the fluctuation of the ground can be precisely transmitted. |
