<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a device capable of creating at the some time a plurality of connections between elements brought into contact with each other by utilizing and effectively converting laser energy. SOLUTION: A device capable of creating a plurality of connections among the elements in respective contact which are brought into contact with each other in pairs by laser energy means contains a holder 22 for holding a plurality of optical fibers 20, 20' each having on optical fiber ends. A means for positioning the holder 22 and the pair of elements brought into contact with each other at a specified position with respect to each other, and the other, and at the position, each optical fiber end corresponds to a pair of contacted element 34, and connecting faces of the contacted elements of the pair of contacted elements are pressed against each other through the pressure applied by an optical fiber. A connection device further contains means for compensating a difference in a distance between an optical fiber end face 30 and a foil 40 of a surface of the pair of contacted elements confronted to one end of the optical fiber, so that the connection face of the contacted elements is pressed against each other.</p> |
