An apparatus and method of delivery of redeemable promotional offers on t he handles of shopping carts includes the automated, temporary attachment of a paper sheet material which includes at least one redeemable coupon offer. The sheet material is applied onto only a limited portion of the handle of a shopping cart and is available for easy removal by the customer for immediate use and redemption. The automated method and apparatus provides flexibility with respect to the promotional offer and makes the promotional offer conveniently available to the shopping consumer.
