PURPOSE:To obtain a composition containing H2O2, water soluble metal salt, acid type anion surfactant and water soluble carboxylic acid based polymer at a specific ratio, having preferable tackiness and generating no chlorine gas even when mixed with chlorine based product and having high safety. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition containing (A) 1-10wt.% H2O2, (B) 1-10wt.% water soluble alkali(ne earth) metal salt, preferably consisting of one or more kind of metal salts selected from calcium chloride, potassium sulfate and magnesium sulfate (C) 0.1-25wt.% acid type anionic surfactant, preferably having a terminal anion group consisting of -SO3 and (D) water soluble carboxylic acid based polymer expressed by the formula [X is -OH or -H; Y is COOM (M is alkali metal or H) or -H; p and q ar 0-1] and preferably having 1000-10000 average molecular weight and having pH<=3 (preferably < 1.5). |
