The tubular lamp (2) is flanked by curved side mirrors (3,4) (sic) and has a symmetrical, multi-faceted top reflector (7). Laminations (5) at right angles to the tube taper to a point from top to bottom so that incident light (A,D) is not reflected. Lamination tops (17) are curved to diffuse reflected light (B) longitudinally (C,D).
