PURPOSE:To manufacture an electrostatic latent image developing carrier having a good negative electrification imparting capability to a toner, an excellent electrification maintenance property, and a long life and provide an image forming method. CONSTITUTION:A metal oxide containing at least one kind of metal among Al, Mg, Zn, and Pb is formed on a core material, and a resin coating layer is formed on it as required to manufacture an electrostatic latent image developing carrier. The carrier is used in this image forming method. |
