PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit provided with a delay time not affected by a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: For the power supply voltage VCC supplied from the outside, voltage fluctuation is eliminated by a constant voltage generation part 10 and a fixed internal power supply voltage IVCC lower than the power supply voltage VCC is generated and supplied as the power source of a delay part 20. The delay part 20 is set so as to obtain a prescribed delay time by cascade connected plural inverters 21-24 and MOS capacitance 25-27. Since the power supply voltage supplied to the delay part 20 is turned to the fixed internal power supply voltage IVCC at all times, the fixed delay time is obtained at all times without being affected by the fluctuation of the power supply voltage VCC.
