PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for collecting ash in a state easy in a fusion treatment to make collected ash innoxious. SOLUTION: In a treating method of exhaust gas from an incinerator by which acidic gas such as hydrogen chloride is absorbed by a dry method and a reaction product of alkali with the acidic gas and unreacted alkali are removed with a dust collector together with fry ash, a calcium type alkali 4 and a sodium type alkali 5 are used together and the contents of calcium and sodium in the collected ash 7 by the dust collector are adjusted.
