FIELD: treatment of water with ionites. SUBSTANCE: device includes filter, supply and discharge pipe lines, flow sensor, actuating mechanism and flexible pipe line connected to filter inlet. Flexible rings with widening packings are secured to flexible pipe line via branch pipes in vertical tiers; inner surfaces of packings are provided with helical curvilinear guides.
