PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and accurately manage returns (returned articles) by storing a return scheduled content inputted by referring to a return scheduled content input screen in a return file, issuing a return scheduled list slip and issuing a turn around return slip through the use of the return file updated by referring to the return schedule list slip and a slit number. SOLUTION: A CPU 101 and an ROM 102 store the return scheduled content inputted from a keyboard 20 and control screen display and controls the issuing of the return scheduled list slip. A return quantity input screen and an actual stock are checked, the hand-written return scheduled list slip is referred to, the return file is updated, the return file is referred to and the turn around return slip is issued by using the issued slip number. The return file is updated with return data which is decided/inputted while a return decision input screen and the turn around return slip returned from a stock destination are referred to and a data file for return management is generated by using data stored in the return file. |
