PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a visitor reception system which can easily receive visitors in a short time at an event site. SOLUTION: This system has a process wherein a promoter 20 issues to visitors in advance an invitation 21 having a discrimination code 23 for discriminating a visitor 25, a process wherein a visitor 25 carries the invitation 21 and when the visitor 25 is accepted, the discrimination code 23 displayed on the invitation 21 is read by a reader 27, a process wherein a writer 28 writes the discrimination code 23 read by the reader 27 an IC card formed by covering an IC circuit having an information storage part with a base material sheet, and a process wherein the visitor 25 carries the IC card, so that the visitor 25 and promoters 20 need not fill application forms and reception forms and the visitor is accepted. |
