PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display panel(PDP) provided with a PDP board having partitioning walls constituting a discharge display cell for PDP, which has side surface shape for securing a phosphor layer at the predetermined thickness with excellent reproducibility, which can be efficiently formed at a low cost, which can lower the dispersion of luminance of the discharge display cell, which has even, accurate and fine pitch, which can enhance precision so as to remarkably facilitate the forming of a large screen at 30 inches or more, and to provide the manufacture of the PDP. SOLUTION: A PDP 1 is formed of a discharge display cells 5 formed by partitioning walls having at least one or more dent opened in a side surface toward a front surface plate 3 so as to store the phosphor 7. A accurately worked partitioning wall mold is pushed to a coating layer of a composition for partitioning wall and formed on a back surface plate 2 so as to be plastically deformed, and after unbinding the obtained partitioning wall 4, the PDP 1 provided with a board for PDP integrated with the back surface plate 2 by baking is obtained. |
