<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network testing system that tests the performance of a network device by monitoring and simulating the network. SOLUTION: A network testing system includes a computer 101 for communicating with a network, a simulation software 102 for emulating the network, formation a message and emulating a protocol and a clock which is virtually synchronized with a remote clock synchronized with a remote computer and the simulation software 102. The above network testing system takes into account accumulation of network performance data that are used for testing the performance characteristics or the like of a measured device, for monitoring a network switch and for recommending an alternative pattern.</p> |
