HOLDER FOR OPTICAL ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the holder for an optical element which is capable of six-axial adjustment with as simple constitution as possible. SOLUTION: A moving plate 30 is arranged between two couples of side walls 24 of a base 20 and a rotary disk 40 which holds the optical element is held rotatably and integrally in the moving plate 30. The moving plate 30 is energized by springs 52 and 62 each fixed to one side wall 24 of each couple and the position of the moving plate 30 is adjusted in an X and a Y direction along the base 20 by adjusting springs 50 and 60 each fitted to the other side wall 24 of each couple. The rotary disk 40 energized by the coil spring 82 is rotated and adjusted in aθdirection by an adjusting screw 80 fitted to the moving plate 30. The moving plate 30 and the rotary disk 40 are energized in one body by a leaf spring 72 toward the base 20 and the height in the leaving/approaching direction Z about the base 20 and the tiltsθ1 andθ2 on the X and Y axes are adjusted with the four adjusting screws fitted to the rotary disk 40.
