PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attain valid utilization as an organization or the development of a new service by connecting an LAN with a telephone network for attaining the reference and update of a schedule chart on an LAN horn both of them. SOLUTION: A protocol converting part 30 is provided between an LAN 1 and a PBX 40 so that the reference and update of a schedule chart stored in a schedule managing server 20 can be attained from a telephone. A certifying server 10 stores individual identification data in a certification data base 11. At the time of requesting the reference and update of the schedule chart over a telephone, calling to the specific number of a PBX 40 is operated, a voice is converted into data by the protocol converting part 30, access authority is confirmed by a certification server 10, the objective schedule chart is called from the schedule managing server 20, and the data of a designated date in the schedule chart are converted into a voice by the protocol converting part 30, and the reply is obtained from the PBX 40. |
