PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accounting system for allowing the origin of claim to automatically draw claim data related with a transferred sum from the destination of claim even when plural claim data to the destination of claim are present. SOLUTION: This accounting system 1 is composed of terminals 2a, 2b,..., and a host computer 3, and this accounting system 1 is connected through the terminal 2a and a private line 5 with a firm banking 4 so as to be communicable. The host 3 of this company A generates transfer schedule data (transfer scheduled date, transfer due data, transaction destination name, transfer account number of the origin of claim, and money reception scheduled sum or the like) based on the claim slips of companies B, C,... in each prescribed month, receives transfer data to the company A from the FB4, and retrieves the transfer scheduled data made coincident with the transfer data from the file. Then, whether or not a commission is included in the transferred sum of the transfer data is automatically confirmed, and when the commission is proper, the coincidence of the transferred sum of the companies B, C,... with the money reception scheduled sum is confirmed. Then, when all of them are made coincident, a processing for eliminating the claim data is operated. |
