<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a compression stress to a surface and prevent stress corrosion cracking while suppressing release for atmosphere of a radioactive clad in regard to a reactor structure and a welded part or the like of a primary tubing of a nuclear power plant. SOLUTION: A mechanism vibrating a rigid rod 12 is provided with two pressurizing chambers 8, 9 communicating with a piston 11 and inside and outside of the piston 11 and provided respectively. A drive mechanism reciprocating the piston 11 is used by alternatively pressing pressurized water in the pressurizing chambers 8, 9. The drive mechanism can use a mechanism provided with an electric motor or a piezoelectric element.</p> |
