PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of obtaining a uniform image by preventing a fog and the scattering of toner. SOLUTION: The rotary shafts 7b and 8b of a pair of augers 7 and 8 are arranged side by side to be in a horizontal direction, to carry a developer in the axial directions of rotations and opposite directions by the rotations and stir the developer. Simultaneously, the developer is free to mutually move over the whole areas of developer stirring regions in the axial directions of the rotations and components of force F1 and F2 which are exerted on the developer and toward the other rotary shafts are set to be in the opposite directions. |
