PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a failure of a nozzle chip detachably fitted in a dispensing apparatus. SOLUTION: A nozzle chip 1 is detachably fitted at a chip mount part 10. A jamming detection part 16 is arranged between a dispensing pump 14 and the chip mount part 10. The chip 12 is moved from above to below and a leading end of the nozzle chip 12 is inserted in an insertion hole 26A. At this time, the leading end if displaced collides against a butt face 26B, and the collision is detected with the use of the jamming detection part 16. An upper plate of a chip rack is utilizable as a member 26. Correction data can be acquired by detecting the collision at each point. |
