PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface coping with a near video on-demand(NVOD) service by displaying an NVOD program list on a display and to allow a user to view an optimum NVDO program SOLUTION: In the case that an NVOD program discrimination means 52 to discriminate whether or not a user-selected program is an NVOD program discriminates a reception signal to be a signal of an NVOD program, an NVOD service to which the NVOD program belongs is searched among program information stores in a 1st memory 50, and program information of all programs belonging to the NVOD service is extracted, while NVOD information stored in a 2nd memory 54 is used to prepare a list.
