PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call connection system with which the incoming of a trouble telephone call can be regulated by regulating a password even without taking the measure of a telephone number change for a subscriber troubled by the telephone call. SOLUTION: Concerning an exchange 100 for connecting a caller 1 and a call incoming subscriber 2 while having functions for requesting the input of a password to the caller when a call-in is requested, collating the password previously registered by the call incoming subscriber with the password inputted by the caller and performing call incoming control when these passwords are coincident, in this exchange, a password information table 30 for managing a plurality of passwords and logic numbers for each subscriber and a password managing part 50 for managing the passwords and the logic numbers while referring to the password information table 30 are provided. When a call-in has been requested to a certain terminal, the password managing part 50 retrieves the password information table 30 at the relevant subscriber and when the inputted password is equal with any one of registered passwords, the call is made incoming to the call incoming terminal to which call incoming is requested.
