PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way television system by which a user receives and recognizes at home various information and services on his (her) request. SOLUTION: A two-way type television system 1 consists of a CATV center 2 that distributes image information and of a plurality of terminal 3 connecting to the CATV center 2 in two-way. The CATV center 2 is provided with a video storage device 17, that stores image information of a tree structure configuration end with a video image distribution control section 13 that distributes the image information from the video storage device 17 along with the tree structure based on request of each terminal 3. Each terminal 3 consists of a terminal control section 20, a television receiver 21 and a remote controller 22. A terminal control section 22 requests operation contents to the video distribution control section 13 based on the operation from the remote controller 22 and displays the image information distributed from the video distribution controls section 13 sequentially onto the television receiver 21. |
