PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-chemical element for preventing leakage of electrolyte when an abnormal situation is generated. SOLUTION: Electrolyte using polar organic solvent is brought into contact with a separator including a polyamide polyether block copolymer, and/or polyester polyether block copolymer, and the electrolyte is integrated into gel, so that it is possible to prevent the failure of a loaded equipment due to the outflow of the electrolyte when an electro-chemical element breaks down. Moreover, in the case of an electro-chemical element using a gas penetrating sealing member, the penetration of the electrolyte from the sealing member can be reduced so that life characteristics can be improved. |
