摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clamp an electric wire completely to stable torque without damaging coating of the electric wire by forming a clamp slide mechanism moving steplessly, and an electric wire clamping mechanism for generating fixed torque as a means for applying retaining force against stripping force to the electric wire. SOLUTION: An intended electric wire is set in a device by being passed through an electric wire insertion hole 1 of a clamp part. Operation is then started by a panel switch or the like, and a clamp motor 3 is rotated. A main gear 5 is rotated by the rotation of a driving gear 2 through a gear head 4 directly connected to the clamp motor 3. A spiral groove 6 is applied to the main gear 5, and a bearing 11 integrally formed with a clamp plate 12 is guided by the spiral groove 6. When the main gear 5 is rotated in a direction A, the spiral movement of the spiral groove 6 is changed into linear movement by the rotational movement of the bearing 11, and the clamp plate 12 moves toward the center of the clamp part electric wire insertion hole 1 along a slide groove 10.</p>
