<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a layout area in a circuit and also to save power consumption by a product-sum operation of a judgement data row with a sampling data row corresponding to the judgement data row so as to restore data and a clock. SOLUTION: The over-sampling part 2 of a data recovery circuit executes the over-sampling of serial data which is inputted to an input terminal 1 at an interval being equal to below one-fourth of its data cycle. A FIFO memory 3 reads stored sampled data in storage order and supplies it to a mask data generating part 4. The mask data generating part 4 obtains mask data based on a prescribed expression as against each one of sampled data supplied from the FIFO memory 3. Mask data from the FIFO memory 3 and sampled data stored in the FIFO memory 3 are transmitted to a restoration generating part 6 with a mask pattern matching part 5 so that original data restoration and data clock generation are executed.</p> |
