PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the phase deviation of the signals of all transmission lines to the same cycle even when the phase deviation of the signals of some transmission line corresponds to a long delay amount exceeding one cycle of clock signals in the simultaneous transmission of the signals using the plural transmission lines. SOLUTION: A synchronization cycle is set in a first LSI 2, the signals are simultaneously transmitted to the plural transmission lines 1a-1e in the synchronization cycle, the signals transmitted through the plural transmission lines 1a-1e are received by a second LSI 3 and the signals are returned to the first LSI 2 through return lines 90a-90e further. In the first LSI 2, the delay amounts among the signals of the respective transmission lines received within the synchronization cycle are detected and the delay amounts of timing adjustment mechanism (10a-10e) arranged in the respective transmission lines 1a-1e are adjusted so that the simultaneously outputted signals of the respective transmission lines 1a-1e are simultaneously received by the second LSI 3 based on the delay amounts.
