PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive the facilitation of the pressure adjustment and the suppression of size-up for the compressing mechanism of an heteromorphic degenerate mode ultrasonic actuator. SOLUTION: This oscillatory actuator has a heteromorphic mode degenerate oscillator 2, a relative motion member 3, a coil spring 14 for pressing the oscillator 2, and a plate spring 18 which has roughly a spring constant equal to that of the coil spring 14 and presses the coil spring 14 by bending into a recess form, in contact with the coil spring 14. As a result, a pressurizing mechanism 11 is constituted which generates pressure between the oscillator 11 and the relative motion member 3. |
