PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an image focused based on an optional focal position or a viewer's notice point (visual line direction) or an image forcused so as to induce a viewer's notice point at real time. SOLUTION: The image generation device 100 previously registers plural object information in a focus-sorted object information storing part 131 in each focus and generates a focused image substituted at real time according to blur information. A notice point detection part 110 detects a viewer's notice point, a focus operation part 122 determines a focal position based on the notice point and blur information storage part 123 determines the blur information of each object. In a three-dimensional operation part 126 and an image plotting part 127, focus-sorted object information is read out based on the blur information and an image is generated. The focus operation part 122 may determine a focal position for inducing a viewer's notice point.
