<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting control device in an image processing apparatus capable of detecting abnormality in lighting apparatuses even when the number, the rated voltage, the wattage, or the kinds of the lighting apparatuses used are changed. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with fluorescent lamps 3, 13, current sensors 2, 12 for detecting current through cables supplying alternating current power 1 to the fluorescent lamps 3, 13, relays 10, 11 for turning on/off the power supplied to the fluorescent lamps 3, 13, a change-over circuit 16 for selectively changing over output signals 7, 14 of the current sensors, an oscillator 20 for generating a basic clock, a frequency divider circuit 21 for dividing the frequency of the basic clock, a clock generating circuit 22 for generating a sampling clock 19, a sampling circuit 17 for sampling an output signal of the change-over circuit 16 on the basis of the sampling clock 19, a flip-flop 18 for storing an output of the sampling circuit 17, and an image processing part 6 for controlling an image processing apparatus as a whole.</p> |
