<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an amplitude error and a phase error, in a sum channel and in a difference channel, which are caused by the attenuation characteristic of an attenuator in an AGC operation in a monopulse radar receiver. SOLUTION: A signal whose frequency is deviated by using a reference signal source is added to a local signal in a sum channel, a signal which is used as a reference in the sum channel is generated, it is added to a difference channel, it is passed through an attenuator in the sum channel and through an attenuator in the difference channel so as to be filtered, an error in the amplitude and the phase of a signal in the sum channel and a signal in the difference channel is detected, the error is corrected by an attenuator 28 and a phase shifter 26 which are installed in one channel, and the error can be eliminated.</p> |
