<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze numeric values rationally by obtaining an optimum steady solution satisfying a current condition among steady solutions obtained under an interference problem operation condition to which a predetermined boundary condition is added. SOLUTION: An interference problem numeric value analysis model is constructed to satisfy a physical relationship of an electric anticorrosion field (step 1). An electric conductivity determined by an analysis object is input (step 2). A relationship of a potential and a current density of an object to be subjected to anticorrosion treatment is input as a boundary condition at a model part (step 3). A shifted polarization characteristic shifting by a predetermined potential V is obtained for a preliminarily obtained interference object polarization characteristic and added as the boundary condition, thereby obtaining a steady solution, which operation is repeatedly carried out (step 4). Furthermore, the shifted polarization curve is obtained for a polarization curve of an object to be interfered and added as the boundary condition, under which steady solutions are sequentially obtained. Whether or not an interference problem takes place can be detected, and influences of the interference problem can be judged quantitatively.</p> |
