PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gateway device, a radio base station equipment a router device and a radio terminal equipment that can improve performance of a communication for using a transport layer connection by way of a radio network. SOLUTION: Base station equipments 1401 to 1406 bidirectionally convert the first transport layer protocol used for communication in a radio network and the second transport protocol used for communication of a wire network 1101 when communication is performed between radio terminal 1801 to 1804 stored in the radio network and a wire terminals stored in the wire network. Furthermore, the facilities are equipment with a coordinating means for coordinating one of plural conversion devices for controlling a transport layer connection in this radio network in accordance with a radio communication state of the radio terminals 1801 to 1804 to the radio terminal 1801 to 1804 existing in radio service areas 1701 to 1706 and a notification means for notifying a conversion device coordinated to these radio terminals by the coordinating means of information on the radio communication state of the radio terminals 1801 to 1804 that exist in the radio service area 1701 to 1706.
