<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent image while preventing a substrate from being damaged and also making it small and thin. SOLUTION: A substrate 4 where a photoelectric converting element which photoelectrically converts incident light is formed and a support base 5 which supports the substrate are provided; and the support base 5 is a photoelectric conversion device which is arranged on the main surface on the light-incidence side or reflection side of the substrate 4, and the support base 5 is a structure which has spaces partitioned by walls. Consequently, the support base can be made large in bending rigidity although it is ligthweight, and consequently the substrate is prevented from being damaged and also made lightweight and thin; and further an excellent image having scatter lines reduced can be obtained.</p> |
