<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a low cost, thin, and light coaxial inductor constituting a rotor of a rotary transformer used for a digital VTR and the like. SOLUTION: A laminate 2 is formed by forming not less than a set of via holes 1a on a prescribed numbers of ferrite sheets 1 and stacking up these ferrite sheets 1. The laminate 2 is integrated thermally and compressively, and a spiral coil groove 3 is formed in recess on its surface, and a backside electrode groove 5 is formed in recess on its back. A coil 7 is formed by coating a conductive paste in the coil groove 3 and a backside input/output electrode 9 is formed by coating a conductive paste in the backside electrode groove 5. The coil 7 and the backside input/output electrode 9 are connected through by the conductive paste coated in the via hole 1a and the laminate 2 is cut in disc form. The laminate 2 is sintered and its surface is evenly ground.</p> |
