<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor apparatus which can correctly measure even in a constitution not including a filter circuit, thus eventually driving an LED like pulses with a small consumption of power. SOLUTION: An optical current sensor signal-processing circuit 11 supplies a d.c. light of a predetermined intensity to an optical current sensor 10 when the optical current sensor 10 does not detect a current to be measured, then adjusts the intensity of the light so that an intensity of a light signal returning thereto is equal to a preliminarily set value. When the optical current sensor 10 detects the current, the processing circuit electrically processes the light signal output from the optical current sensor 10 and measures the current. A measurement error caused by an intensity modulation other than by the current to be measured is eliminated, and therefore, a correct measurement is achieved without providing a filter circuit. Without the filter circuit, an LED 118 is driven like pulses when the optical sensor detects the current, so that the measurement is carried out with a small consumption of power.</p> |
