The attachment, mounted upstream of the valve (2), has a slider (15) to lock the valve stem (2) and a peg (25) with a suitable control system (28) to interact with the slider and hold it in the locked position or release it. The slider has a cylindrical core moving in a tubular guide (14) located coaxially with the valve stem and it has an annular recess (16) to receive the peg. The peg's control system is a one-way power cylinder operated by traction and mounted on a ring (12) with apertures for various sensors.
