PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having a αwatermarkβ which is visible from a disk reproducing surface side and cannot be duplicated. SOLUTION: In the process for producing the optical disk A of a bonding type formed by sequentially laminating a reflection layer 2, an adhesive layer 3 and a dummy transparent substrate 4 on the signal recording surface 1a of the transparent substrate 1, the adhesive layer 3 consists of an adhesive of which the curing rate changes according to the irradiation quantity of UV rays and a light shielding mask 15 which forms the αwatermarkβ is arranged on the surface 4a side of the substrate 4. The inside of the adhesive layer 3 is irradiated with the UV rays while the irradiation quantity thereof is changed according to a state of the light shielding part agent of the light shielding 15 via the mask 15, by which the recording in the optical disk A is executed. |
