摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an optical pickup device and to facilitate the manufacturing of the device by allowing a reflection type hologram element to respectively reflect luminous fluxes which are emitted from respective semiconductor laser element and are made incident on the hologram with different angles of incidence and to emit them on the optical axis of outgoing luminous fluxes to enable the reproducing of information signals from plural kinds of optical disks whose recording formats are different. SOLUTION: Respective laser luminous fluxes emitted from respective semiconductor laser elements 2a, 2b are reflected to a fixed direction by a reflection type hologram element 3 and after the laser luminous fluxes emitted from respective semiconductor laser elements 2a, 2b are reflected by the reflection type hologram element 3, optical axes of the laser luminous fluxes also coincide on an axial line A. Thus, laser luminous fluxes are made incident on a beam splitter plane 4a with diffusing angles by arranging the plane 4a on the axial line A so that respective laser luminous fluxes which are emitted from the laser elements 2a, 2b and are reflected by the element 3 are made incident on the plane 4a.
