PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal panel manufacturing device capable of shortening the total time of a cleaning process and a heat treatment process, reducing equipment initial cost and installation space, and further reducing running cost for energy required for operating the facilities, and to provide the using method therefor. SOLUTION: In this liquid crystal display panel manufacturing device 10 for cleaning for removing liquid crystal adhering to a peripheral face of a liquid crystal display panel 22 and a gap and cleaning it when liquid crystal is injected into an inner space of the liquid crystal panel 22 and executing a heat treatment process for aligning orientation of the liquid crystal filled in the inner space of the liquid crystal panel 22, cleaning means 15, 16, 18, 18a for the cleaning process and a heat treating means 26 for the heat treatment process are provided in the same device 13. |
