PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image of high quality with magnetic one-component toner in particular. SOLUTION: A magnetic material 52 is provided to face a developing sleeve 50, in a photoreceptor drum 6 and the movement of the magnetic toner onto an electrostatic latent image from the developing sleeve 50 is accelerated. The magnetic material 52 provided in the drum 6 is formed like a plate and along the inside surface of the drum 6 and fixed in its vicinity. Further, the following method can be adopted as well; the magnetic material is of a cylindrical magnetic material coaxial with the drum 6 and provided in contact with the inside surface of the drum 6, so that the magnetic material is rotatable in accordance with the rotation of the drum 6. The toner receives the force of a magnetic field formed between a magnet roller 51 and the magnetic material 52, to accelerate the movement to a latent image region. |
