PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form recessed sections on a substrate on which light-emitting diode chips are arranged, and at the same time, to easily control the distribution of the light rays emitted from the diodes. SOLUTION: Many recessed sections 2 are formed on the surface of a molded three-dimensional circuit article (MID) 1. Four light-emitting diode chips 3 which emit different colors of light rays are arranged in each recessed section 2. Since the recessed sections 2 are formed on the surface of the molded three- dimensional circuit article 1, the sizes and shapes of the recessed sections 2 can be designed relatively freely, and the distribution of the light rays emitted from the diode chips 3 can be controlled easily. In addition, the diode chips 3 which emit different colors of light rays are arranged closely in each recessed section 2, the different colors of light rays are mixed satisfactorily with each other.
